Cost of college went up for all students at High Plains Technology Center

Tuition and fees rose 15.1 percent for 2018-19 at High Plains Technology Center, according to recent data from the U.S. Department of Education.

Oklahoma students paid $3,021 to attend the public school this year – $396 more than the $2,625 charged for 2017-18.

Data shows 75 percent of full-time undergraduates who started school in 2015-16 received student financial aid in some form. In all, 40 students received grants or scholarships totaling $201,310.

Including all undergraduates (307), 51 students used grants or scholarships totaling $209,472.
