Northwestern Oklahoma State University 2022 Men's Cross Country Schedule

The 2022 Men's Cross Country season is less than a month away as the first of seven meets including conference is set to open on the first of September.

 

"It will be exciting to see how much history this women's and men's program can make this year with the returners and depth we are bringing in" stated assistant coach Sterlin Broomfield.

 

Northwestern will open the season in Hutchinson, Kansas for their first meet on Thursday September 1st hosted by Hutchinson Community College. This will lead into the second meet of the season as the Rangers travel to Lawton, Oklahoma hosted by Cameron University on Friday the 9th of September.

 

"We are excited about the future of our team this season as a tremendous amount of depth has been added this spring bringing our program to a new level to get the best opportunities for growth" stated Jill Lancaster head coach of the Rangers.

The Red-and-Black, on the following Saturday will compete in the Missouri Southern Stampede in Joplin, Missouri for the team's third meet of the season. The following Saturday the Rangers will compete in the Muthama-Rogers Invitational at Bethel College in North Newton, Kansas.

 

After the Muthama-Rogers Invitational Northwestern will than travel to Division I school in the University of Arkansas in the Chile Pepper Festival.

 

Northwestern, will have a week off following the Chile Pepper Festival before going to the OBU Invite in Shawnee, Oklahoma. This will close out the six meets before the conference meet.

 

Saturday, November 5th the Great American Conference will host their conference meet in Shawnee before the NCAA Central Region Championship on the 19th. The NCAA National Championship will be on December 3rd.
