The Aggies women's basketball team headed to Siloam Springs, AR, with a season finally matchup against John Brown University.
Before the game, the last time we saw the Aggies face the Golden Eagles was on January 7th in Goodwell, OK. The Aggies would fall to the Eagles 47-63.
Junior Jamiya Eaddy would get the first basket for the Aggies at the 9:07 mark in the first quarter of action. Jamiya Eaddy would give the Aggies a four-point lead with 3:31, and the Golden Eagles would carry the lead into the second half, 12-10.
The second quarter would be tight, with both teams showing small leads. The Aggies would be down as much as eight points in the game but would handle to get within three from two three throws from Senior Tateum Jones.
Coming out of the half, the Golden Eagles would open on a 6-2 run. Senior Tateum Jones would drill a three-pointer to get the Aggies within four at the 5:40 mark. The Aggies would get outscored in the quarter 11-16, making the final score 44-63.
