Census Bureau: 76.1% of people in Grant County were old enough to vote in 2021

Of the 4,166 citizens living in Grant County in 2021, 76.1% were old enough to vote, equating to 3,172 individuals, according to U.S. Census Bureau data obtained on Oct. 26.

Further breakdown reveals that of the voting-eligible population, 1,595 were male, constituting 50.3%, and 1,577 were female, making up 49.7%.

The percentage of citizens old enough to vote in Grant County during 2021 was higher than the state average, which stands at 75.7%.
